Help Pakistan

I've been meaning to de-lurk for about a month now, but apparently this was the incentive I needed to finally get off my butt and do so. (I guess showing off will have to wait until next time :P)



help_pakistan is an LJ-based community in the same vein as help_haiti and help_chile. Pakistan itself desperately needs assistance, and offers are open until 11:00 PM EST on Friday, August 27th, with bids open until 11:59 PM EST on Saturday, August 28th.

Offers of all sorts are accepted, and I've already got two crochet-related offers of my own up (here for custom amigurumi, up to three winning bids, and here for a custom amigurumi pattern, only one winning bid). I'd like to encourage everyone here to consider offering or bidding, if you've the resources for either/both, and to spread the word.
