I have arthritis, among other issues, all of which make it hard for me to knit/crochet/whatever for any length of time.

I have some ergonomic hooks, and some massaging "handeeze" gloves, but I could swear I once saw something vaguely egg-shaped you could attach to ANY crochet hook and thus make it ergonomic. It wasn't like the thin sort of things that you can put on a pencil or pen; truly, it looked like an egg.

Does anyone have a clue what I mean? In addition, any suggestions for things to try?

What about the the foam handles they make to put on forks, knifes, etc. I think they come with small holes bored out of the center, too, so they might be usable on crochet hooks. I used to buy them out of catalogs that sold products to help with mobility and living at home.
